Dr. David A. Roman, who has served as the superintendent of the Perth Amboy Public Schools for five years, has been selected by his peers to serve as Vice President of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey鈥檚 Board of Directors.

As you may be aware, on Friday, June 12th, Gov. Murphy issued an executive order (EO 149) declaring that ESY programs could 鈥� if local educational agencies deemed feasible and appropriate 鈥� offer in-person ESY programs. This order provides for 鈥渢he operation of in-person summer camps that provide daily multi-hour programming for youths.鈥� According to the state, school districts must attest that they can safely meet the needs of all students and staff.

The Jamesburg Board of Education seeks an outstanding educational leader with the vision and drive to lead our successful pre-K-8 school district. Jamesburg has two schools with 700 students.

Middlesex County Unsung Hero Program

Congratulations to our students who were chosen for this year's Middlesex County's Unsung Hero Award. Due to the current situation, the yearly awards dinner was canceled.
